Jeff and Annette Smith have created Bear Paw Lodge, 3 1/2 miles west of Choiceland.  Come and visit our northern Saskatchewan getaway at the forest's edge.  

We are a registered Bed and Breakfast and so much more.  

We welcome hunters.  Through Kutawagan Outfitters, we are licensed Saskatchewan outfitters, specializing in whitetail deer and bear hunts.  Annette is experienced in serving large groups, such as work crews.  Expect excellent home cooked meals and a relaxing stay. 

Being in the beautiful Northern forest, we enjoy all of Mother Nature's seasons. Spring and summer are perfect times for visiting Narrow Hills Provincial Park on the Hanson Lake Road.  Canoe the wandering Torch River or take a drive to see some of our watch-able wildlife.  Nipawin has some of the best fishing and golfing in the province.  Enjoy the Evergreen Golf Course for a challenging day on the greens.  Join the anglers on Tobin or Codette Lakes vying for a shot at a record book walleye or pike. Winter brings its own rewards.  Wapiti Valley Ski Park is a short 20 minutes away.  They have a beautiful ski chalet and a new Quad lift.  We have several groomed cross country ski trails in our immediate area. If you prefer to go farther, faster; Bear Paw Lodge caters to the snowmobilers or A.T.Vers. We can set up a package just for you.
